Warranty and Returns Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The unit must be returned in its original packaging, including all labels and security seals intact.

Please note:

  • Programming or diagnostic service fees (including the $200 programming fee) are non-refundable.

  • We do not accept returns for modules that have been damaged, modified, or opened by the customer after delivery.

  • Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@fixecm.com and provide your order number and reason for return.
After approval, ship the item back to the address provided by our support team.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

  • Any non-refundable service charges (such as programming or testing fees) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.


Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@fixecm.com within 30 days of receiving your order.


Warranty Policy

All FixECM products include a 1-year limited warranty from the original purchase date.

This warranty covers:

  • Internal hardware defects

  • Module failures not caused by misuse, improper installation, or physical damage

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation, water, corrosion, or burnt components

  • Any modification or tampering with the module

  • Programming or tuning errors performed by third parties

Warranty claims are subject to inspection.
If the product is confirmed to be defective due to manufacturing or workmanship, FixECM will repair or replace the unit at no charge.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
FixECM is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
