This charge covers the UPS brokerage and processing fees associated with C.O.D. (Collect on Delivery) shipments.
UPS applies additional fees for handling customs clearance, payment processing, and administrative work when a shipment is sent as C.O.D. These costs are charged by UPS, not by us.
