I was pretty nervous about replacing the ECM on my 2010 Ford F-Series, but this unit arrived much faster than I expected, which was a relief. When I got it, it was already VIN programmed and truly plug-and-play—installation took no more than an hour. The whole process went smoothly without any hiccups, and the support team was responsive when I had a couple of questions. Compared to the dealer’s quote, this definitely saved me hundreds of dollars, which made it worth every penny. Overall, I’m really happy with how professional and hassle-free the experience was.
