Warranty and Returns Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition received

  • The unit must be returned in original packaging with all seals intact

Important:

  • If the package has been opened or the unit installed, a 25% restocking fee will apply

  • Returns must be authorized before shipping

  • Items damaged, modified by the customer are not eligible for return

To request a return, contact info@fixecm.com with your order number and reason for return.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable


Warranty

All FixECM products include a 1-year limited warranty from the purchase date.

The warranty covers internal hardware defects or module failure not caused by misuse or improper installation.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Incorrect installation

  • Water, corrosion, or physical damage

  • Burnt components caused by vehicle issues

  • Any modification or tampering

All warranty claims are subject to inspection.
